- The material of the conveyor is too large to pass through the bearing suspended in the middle, and the material resistance of the intermediate bearing is too large. Motor stops when overloaded. The material of the screw conveyor needs to be cleaned at this time. The resistance of the intermediate bearing is too large, and the seal is damaged. When material enters the bearing, the bearing will not rotate or the bearing will be damaged.
- The bearing of the reducer is burnt out.
The temperature of the reducer bearing rises too fast after running, there is abnormal noise, accompanied by the vibration of the motor and the reducer. At this point you should stop quickly and find out the following reasons:
(1) The bearing temperature of the output shaft of the reducer is high. The temperature of the input shaft is normal. This is because the offset of the screw shaft or the bearing of the output shaft of the reducer is burned out and the bracket is loose. Disconnect the connection between the output shaft of the reducer and the screw shaft, and re-calibrate the installation.
(2) The bearing temperature of the output shaft of the reducer is normal, and the temperature of the input shaft is high. This is because the motor fixing assembly is loose or the bearing of the output shaft of the reducer is burned out. Disconnect the connection between the reducer input shaft and the motor and recalibrate the installation.
(3) The output temperature of the reducer and the temperature of the input bearing are high. This is because the fixing bolts of the reducer are loose or the bearings at both ends of the reducer are burned out. Loosen the connecting shafts at both ends of the reducer and re-calibrate the installation.
