The structure of the spiral conveyor

1. Spiral: According to the different winding directions of the spiral blades on the shaft, the blades can be divided into left-handed and right-handed. When the formed helical surface conforms to the right-hand rule, the helical surface is right-handed, otherwise it is left-handed.

2. Shaft: hollow shaft, high strength, light weight, easy to connect. For the connection of the shaft, the solid shaft is still used at the connection between the shaft and the shaft. Extend the solid shaft into the hollow shaft at the joint, and then coat a short sleeve on the hollow shaft, and then use spirals to pass through the sleeve in a mutually perpendicular direction to the two shafts. At this point the helical blade should be connected to the sleeve. Extend the solid shaft into the hollow shaft, and then fix it with suitable spirals. The diameter of the spiral is d=(0.2 to 0.35) D, which is used for fast bearing conveying.

3. Bearing: head bearing, thrust bearing, bear the axial force caused by the resistance of conveying materials, placed in front of the material.middle bearing: split sliding bearing, used to support the spiral shaft.

4.Feed trough: The flexible chain conveyor manufacturer introduces U-shaped and cylindrical type. When there is an intermediate suspension bearing, use the U-shaped. When there is no, use the U-shaped or cylindrical type. The two side walls of the U-shape are vertical, and the bottom is semi-circular. The upper edge of the side wall is reinforced with longitudinal angle steel, and the cover plate is fixed with this to ensure the sealing and enhance the rigidity of the machine groove and the suspension bearing. The inner diameter of the semicircle is about 4 to 8mm larger than the diameter of the helical blade.
